8 oz. Hot Water
Stir together in a 10 to 12 ounce mug.

One box Betty Crocker® Pound Cake mix3 oz. Iko Iko® 15oz. hot water 1 cup light cream
1/4 cup Kahlua Liqueur
Mix Iko Iko® and hot water to make 2 1/4 cups coffee
Add cream and Kahlua and stir
Pour into mugs Top with sweetened whipped cream
Garnish with cinnamon

Try this delicious pie for the holidays!
1 Ready-to-use 9 in. pie shell
2 ½ cups milk (scalded)
1/2 cup Iko Iko® (any flavor)
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 oz. (2 squares) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Sweetened whipped cream
In a double boiler, combine 1/2 cup hot milk with flour and sugar. Add the remaining milk and Iko Iko to the mixture and cook, stirring frequently for twenty minutes or until thickened. Stir just a small amount of the hot mixture into the eggs, so as to not cook them. Then combine the egg mixture back into the double boiler. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Pour half of the filling into the pie shell. Mix the other half with the melted chocolate and layer on top. Chill until ready to serve, then top with sweetened whipped cream.

2 oz. Simple Syrup (or three tbs. sugar)
2 oz. Irish Whisky 2 oz. Half & Half
2 cups of crushed ice
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.

1 oz. Simple Syrup (or 3/4 tbs. sugar)
3 oz. Soda Water
Pour over ice and serve
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
2 oz. Vanilla Iko Iko®

2 Tbsp. butter
½ sugar
¼ corn syrup
A pinch of salt
Melt chocolate with Vanilla Iko Iko and butter. Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until thick and shiny. Remove from heat. Use immediately, or chill in glass jar. To reheat, put jar in pan of simmering water. Makes 1 cup.

2 8oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
Mix Iko Iko®, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
Add eggs and mix until smooth
Pour into crust and bake at 350º for 40 minutes
Refrigerate overnight
Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles

4 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons Brandy.
Mix Iko Iko® and hot water to make 2 1/4 cups of coffee.

This is an old-timer recipe made new with Iko Iko (serves 4)
5 oz. Iko Iko Original
3 cups water
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup whipped cream
Dash of nutmeg
6 tbsp Dark Rum (optional)
Mix Iko Iko, water, molasses, and rum. Heat to a low simmer. Stir to blend. Poor into 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
