1 lb. Sugar

Heat Iko Iko^® in a 1 qt. sauce pan (do not boil).
Add sugar and stir continuosly until completely dissolved.
Allow to cool
Poor into sealed container and refrigerate
Makes approximately 20 oz. of syrup.
