If you like cheezecake, you've got to try this! It's an awesomely delicious dessert, so you better hide it :-)
3 oz. Iko Iko®
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
Mix Iko Iko®, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
Add eggs and mix until smooth
Pour into crust and bake at 350º for 40 minutes
Refrigerate overnight
Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
